In Home Consults

I will come to your home for an in person lactation consultation.  The typical time is for a first (initial) visit is 90 minutes. The typical time for a follow up visit is 60 minutes.  In addition, unlimited text and email follow up support for two weeks after the visit is included.

Telehealth Consult

I will meet with you and your baby via a secure audio/visual platform.  Note that because lactation consultants have an international credential I can see you no matter where you live in the world…all 50 states and even internationally!

Consult Fees

• In Home Initial Visit (Self Pay):  $350
• In Home Initial Visit (Insurance):  varies by insurance + $75 travel fee
• In Home Follow Up Visit (Self Pay):  $250
• In Home Follow Up (Insurance):  varies by insurance + $75 travel fee
• Telehealth Initial Visit (Self Pay):  $250
• Telehealth Initial Visit (PPO Insurance):  varies by insurance
• Telehealth Follow-Up Visit (Self Pay):  $150
• Telehealth Follow-Up (PPO Insurance):  varies by insurance
• Ask Gina Unlimited Monthly Support:  Want unlimited text/email support for one month?  You can email or text me as often as you need for one full month and I will answer all of your questions ASAP.  $150 for one month.

Fee Payment

Fees are due at the time of service.   I accept Venmo, cash, and credit/debit cards.

Insurance Coverage

For those eligible to use insurance I will only collect a $75 travel fee from you.  To verify insurance eligibility please contact me and I will send you a link to input your insurance information.  Please note that you must use your (the lactating parent) and the baby’s insurance.
